Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! However note that when you upgrade we credit you for what has already been paid. However a downgrade you force you to lose your credit - so make sure you downgrade once your year is up.

Please contact us. While we will assist where we can, we don't hold any specific information about our clients other than a forwarding email address. Generally speaking we will also need to see an Australian court order before we hand over ANY customer data.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards using the ClickBank network.

How do I transfer my domain when using your service?
Nothing changes. You still own your domain and domain keys. We just act as your contact details and will forward you any emails so you can transfer from whoever you are using to someone else.

Hey where are my emails going????!
We recommend that you add our sending email address noreply@privatedomain.me to your email safe list. You will need to read up instructions from your email provider on how to do this. If you are still not getting some messages, please disable the spam filter offered in our system. Still having problems? Contact us.

What about the 30 day money back guarantee?
Easy - if at any time within 30 days of creating your account you are not happy with the service just contact us for a full refund. Funds will be sent back to your credit card.

Can I use your service for illegal purposes?
We support freedom of speech. We do not support the use of our service for illegal ventures. We will not tolerate any domains that try to hide spam or directly violate the law. Any accounts found to be doing this will be banned and suspended.

Do I have to transfer my domain to get this service?
No, we are not domain registrars! You retain full control of your domain and are free to do as you wish with it. Think of us as a go-between between you and the outside world. You just need to change the contact details with your current registrar to ours.

Sorry, but no. All emails are deleted as soon as they are forwarded. We do not keep any records.

How do I update my current WHOIS database details?
Do this with the registrar that you bought your domain from. The easiest way to find how your registrar does this is to do an internet search for "*registrar name* update WHOIS record".

I've signed up but my domain is still showing the same details!
This question is answered above - "How do I update my current WHOIS database details?" you need to update your WHOIS details with your current domain provider using the details that we have provided you. If you have updated them it may take up to 4 days for your registrar to update them for the WHOIS search. We cannot automatically update your details within your registrar account.
